Dark garnet in the glass, this single-barrel production epitomizes our commitment to producing micro lots with exceptional character and a definitive personality. Expressive and intoxicating aromas of black cherries, spiced plums, wild blueberries, pomegranate, mocha, gravel, pipe tobacco, espresso bean, and hints of black pepper lead into a multi-layered palate full of boysenberries, chocolate-covered cherries, creme brulee, wet stone, and spiced vanilla. The rich mouthfeel continues to expand and evolve, all supported by fine-grained tannins that frame a plush and lingering finish.
