2006 Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Rated Outstanding by Stephen Tanzer of the International Wine Cellar

Medium ruby-red. Blackcurrant, black cherry, tar and licorice on the nose and palate, complicated by herbs, flowers and eucalyptus. A real essence of cabernet, with a youthfully medicinal cast. Finishes with building, fine-grained tannins and a cooler impression than the 2005.
